SHIPPING INFO AND RETURN POLICY

USA SHIPPING

~ USA Shipping is FREE - no matter how much you buy!

~ GA residents will be charged 7% tax on the product(s) cost.

~ We ship orders Monday-Friday. Most orders will ship via USPS the day after being placed if the order is received by 8 PM EST.

Pay securely with all major credit cards via Google Checkout or PayPal (a PayPal account is NOT required).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

~ Contact us for an international shipping quote.

~ International orders must be paid through PayPal.

~ All international buyers are responsible for paying any duties, customs fees, or taxes due.

~ Bag Lady's Boutique will not mark any international orders as "Gift" on the customs form.

OUR RETURN POLICY

We sincerely hope you are pleased with your purchase, but we will accept returns. Please contact us before returning an item. All items must be returned in new condition with tags attached. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
